Paper Preparation Guidelines

Papers should describe original research. Ongoing or recently completed works are welcome. All submissions will be reviewed by multiple members of a highly qualified scientific committee.

Contributions must be submitted in PDF format, made in accordance with the SBC guidelines. Templates and instructions for preparing manuscripts on OpenOffice, MS-Word, or LaTeX can be found at: Templates available here.

Submission Instructions

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Instructions for using CMT

1. Access the link to the CMT system.
2. If you have not used the CMT system before, create an account.
3. Log into your account.
4. Select your role as "Author", and the conference "GEOINFO2026".
5. Click on "+ Create new submission" under the "Author Console".

Selected Papers

The authors of the awarded contribution will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to RBC, or Geomatica. The invited manuscript will be subject to the journal's standard editorial and peer-review process. Authors whose papers are recommended for submission may benefit from special Article Processing Charge conditions.
